Empowering your growth with compassionate and expert mental health support.
Welcome! I'm Bipasha Sharma, a developmental and counseling psychologist. My passion is supporting adults, children, adolescents and parents through life's challenges and navigating their own selves.
My approach is deeply rooted in person-centered and neurodiversity-affirming principles for adults, and a play-based, child-centric approach for children. I am committed to fostering growth and well-being.
I consider myself an ambivert, an empath who just feels a lot and is always intruiged by people's complexities and their resilience. In my therapeutic work, I focus on building a safe, genuine and non-judgemental space with all kinds of emotions accepted and allowed. I believe that every person carries their own story and has the power to understand their own needs and find their own solutions when provided with the right space and trained therapist.
My academic foundation includes an MA in Clinical Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology, accredited by RCI. I hold an RCI license and am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at SGT University.

A compassionate and skilled counsellor. I felt heard and understood. She is extremely understanding. At no point I felt judged for how I felt.
The assessments provided clarity I desperately needed for my child. She spent a great deal of time explaining every detail of the results and shaped a clear path for us to follow.
Her approach made a significant difference in my child's growth. The school had also reported that my child's behaviour in school dramatically improved. Highly recommend.
I provide a comprehensive range of services including one-on-one individual counseling, specialized parent counseling, and various assessments such as developmental, educational, career, behavioral, autism screening, and ADHD screening.
My approach is deeply rooted in person-centered modalities for adults, emphasizing a client-centered and neurodiversity-affirming stance. For children, I utilize play-based and child-centric methods.
